How to Request a Withdrawal

Learn how to request a withdrawal on the Funds page.

On the My Funds page, you can view the transaction history between you and Zil Distribution. You can also request a manual withdrawal by clicking on the "Manual Withdrawal" button. To achieve this, select the bank account to which you want to transfer the amount and enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum $50). You can also click on "Withdraw All" to select the entire balance that is available for withdrawal automatically.

Before you request a withdrawal, you may want to add a reference for your bank. This will be displayed on your bank statement and can help your bank locate your account.

Please note that withdrawal requests are subject to certain limits and restrictions and may take up to 7 business days to process. You can contact your Label Manager for assistance if you have any questions or encounter any issues.

We recommend reviewing the following points before requesting a withdrawal:
- Ensure that the bank account you are withdrawing to is appropriately linked and verified in your account settings.
- Double-check the bank account information you have entered to ensure it is correct.
- Remember that you may need to pay fees for the withdrawal, depending on the bank and location of the account.
- If you request a large withdrawal or withdraw from multiple accounts, you may need to provide additional documentation or information to comply with financial regulations.
